Danvers – Particles Plus unveiled their new 3000 Series remote particle counter with internal pump at the 2015 ESTECH Conference in Danvers, MA. This line of innovative 1 CFM (28.3 LPM) remote particle counters was designed for continuous monitoring applications where external vacuum sources are not readily available.

The system utilizes the common architecture of the award-winning Particles Plus system and can be accessed remotely through Wi-Fi or a common Ethernet network on any browser enabled PC, tablet or smartphone.  The MODBUS communication over ASCII, RTU, or TCP utilizes a very extensive register map, providing information and control unmatched by any other manufacturer.

The integral 1 CFM pump has a long-life brushless motor and internal design that will provide years of trouble free operations and optimal performance.  The 3000 series also has the option of integrating Particles Plus’ smart sensors into the product, allowing the instrument to act as a sensor hub.

This new line of remote particle counters is available in two models, covering flow rates of 0.1 CFM and 1 CFM.  Long-life components and advanced multiprocessing guarantees superior performance over the life of the product.
