Particles Plus News & Education

Seattle, WA – June 7, 2017 – Particles Plus exhibited at the 2017 American Industrial Hygiene Conference and Exposition, from June 5th through the 7th at the Seattle Convention Center. The company was there to educate and support the AIHA members with demonstrations of their high tech air quality monitoring instrumentation. They also introduced the IH community to their newly launched Qualaire online, cloud based data collection and reporting services.

The Qualaire service provides online access to critical data for fast response to changing air quality events in monitored areas. The use of their Internet-of-Things (IOT) technology allows instruments to send data to the cloud, providing easy, remote access to large amounts of site monitoring data.

The event allowed attendees to learn more about the range of affordable air quality monitors, like the 7302-AQM and the 5302-AQM shown by Particles Plus. These monitors integrate 10 channels of sensor information for particulate, temperature, humidity, CO2 and TVOC monitoring. The instruments can provide multiple, simultaneous PM monitoring information without the need for additional impactors or multiple instruments.

“Our commitment to improving electronic PM sampling methods, and the continual development of leading edge particle counting technology provides long term benefits to the members of the American Industrial Hygiene Association”, stated Jim Akey, Sales Manager for Particles Plus
