Stoughton, MA – June 25, 2018– Particles Plus has announced its newly established factory authorized service and calibrations facilities in Asia, Central America and Europe.  The company’s intention is to provide more affordable service and annual calibrations closer to their global customers, adding to the list of benefits of owning and using a Particles Plus instrument.

The technical service, production, and engineering teams in Stoughton hosted a group of authorized resellers for a week long training event that was designed to prepare these sales and service companies to begin offering local and regional service in and around their countries.

“By providing a quality training event covering all aspects of our products’ calibrations and technical service procedures, we’re extending our presence locally around the globe. This will help support international customers with shorter turnaround times and lower costs, due to reduced shipping back and forth to our USA based factory,” stated David Pariseau, Chief Technical Officer for Particles Plus.

The authorized and fully trained resellers will service all of the Particles Plus brand products and insure that customers in their regions are confident in purchasing a brand that has local support.

The company states they will be adding another group of international resellers for full factory authorized service and calibration training before the end of 2018, further expanding their global sales and service reach.
